Long time no write...again...

We have had a crazy few months with a great deal of struggles and rewards. I took and passed my national licensing exam, which has absolutely consumed me over the last few months. Grant also took and passed his MAI (member of the appraisal institute) exams. He just sent off his demonstration report and will hopefully hear back soon. I take my state exam on April 17th. Hopefully by the end of April, we will both have passed our final hoop in our careers.

Meanwhile, Hazel has been growing and talking and filling our lives with absolute joy...most of the time. This age range has also posed some challenges, like tantrums and the ability to say "no, no" all the time. She has recently taken to smiling at the camera...here are a few cute ones.
